These are the terms the service runs on. They are the same for every seat and they do not change with the add-ons you choose.

First.
Your data stays yours.
Every message, memory, document and preference lives in an environment you control. You can export the whole of it or delete the whole of it at any time, and take it to another provider if you leave. Nothing you give the service is used to train anything you do not own.

Second.
Your intelligence stays yours.
The model learns from your outcomes, your corrections and your taste, and that learning belongs to you. You can read what it has concluded about you and edit it. You can bring your own model, run ours, or have one tuned to you.

Third.
The only objective it serves is yours.
There is no advertiser and nothing is sold to you inside the conversation. The model is trained against the goals you set: the decisions you want made well and the hours you want back.

Fourth.
People are available when you want them.
Some work should not be done by software by itself. You can add vetted operators who work inside your environment, under your approval rules, and under the same confidentiality the model is held to.
What it does
It is built for people who already run their affairs across a dozen systems and want one thing that holds all of it.
Works where you workEmail, calendar, files, messaging, banking and brokerage feeds, portfolio tools and the odd spreadsheet. You choose each connection and what it may do there.
Acts with your approvalYou set what it may do unasked, what it drafts for you to send, and what it never touches. It asks once, keeps the answer, and shows its reasoning when it acts.
Keeps a memory you can readWhat it knows about you is written in plain language. You can correct any line or strike it out.
Reports weeklyEach week it tells you what it learned, what it got wrong and what it will do differently. That report is the feedback the model is tuned on, and it stays with you.
Runs on your termsUse the frontier model of your choice through keys you hold, or run a model tuned to you. Switching does not lose your memory.
Private by constructionSingle-tenant storage, encryption at rest with keys you can rotate, and an audit log of every action taken on your behalf.

Founding members

Who is building it
Dutybound is being built in New York by Marom Mishan, an investor and operator who runs businesses in finance and applied AI and wanted this for his own use before offering it to anyone else. The first version is being built for his own accounts and decisions, which is why the covenants above are written the way they are.
